GotNudes Terms of Service: Legal Agreement for Platform Use

By accessing, browsing, or using the GotNudes website, mobile application, or any associated services (collectively, the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and GotNudes ("we," "us," or "our"). We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting. GotNudes provides a digital platform that facilitates social connections and the sharing of user-generated content among consenting adults. Our services include, but are not limited to:

We are not a producer of adult content but rather a hosting service for content created and uploaded by our users. We do not actively monitor user content in real-time but reserve the right to review and remove any content that violates these Terms.

As a User of the Platform, you agree to the following responsibilities:

2. Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Content Ownership & Consent: You represent and warrant that any content you upload is either owned by you or you have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, and consents (including from all individuals depicted) to share it on the Platform.
5. Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
   • Harassing, threatening, or bullying other users.
   • Uploading content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, or infringes on intellectual property rights.
   • Impersonating any person or entity or misrepresenting your affiliation.
   • Using automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Platform or collect user data.
   • Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Platform.
   • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or other users' accounts.

Platform Ownership: The GotNudes Platform, including its design, features, graphics, logos, and all software associated with it, is the exclusive property of GotNudes and its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The "GotNudes" name and logo are trademarks of GotNudes.

Your Content: You retain ownership of any content you create and upload to the Platform ("User Content"). However, by posting User Content, you grant GotNudes a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform your User Content in connection with the Platform and our business.

Copyright Complaints: We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please contact us with the information required under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GotNudes, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Platform.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform.
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
• Any bugs, viruses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our Platform.

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the greater of one hundred dollars ($100) or the amount you have paid to GotNudes in the past twelve (12) months.

YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. GOTNUDES EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We make no warranty that (i) the Platform will meet your requirements, (ii) the Platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, (iii) the results that may be obtained from the use of the Platform will be accurate or reliable, or (iv) the quality of any content, products, services, information, or other material obtained by you through the Platform will meet your expectations.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion tools within the Platform.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms or the Platform shall be instituted exclusively in the courts located in the United Kingdom. You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Platform after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you must stop using the Platform.
